What this page covers
This notice covers tiersplit.com, a single website with one contact form. We do not have user accounts, and there is nothing to log in to.
What the form collects
The backtest form collects your name, work email, company, which category describes you, and optionally the number of suppliers you use, a rough monthly volume or spend, and any notes you add. It also records which page you submitted from and any utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign values present in the URL, so we can tell which pages are useful.
How we use it
We use it only to reply to you about a backtest and to understand which industries are interested. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list. If you send us order history or contracts for a backtest, we use that data only to produce your backtest.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by our form provider, [FOUNDERS: name your form provider, e.g. Formspree], which stores the submission and emails it to us. Site analytics are cookieless and aggregate, provided by [FOUNDERS: name your analytics provider, e.g. Plausible]; they record page views and a few interaction events without cookies and without building a profile of you. We set no cookies of our own, which is why there is no cookie banner.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for as long as we are in contact with you about a backtest, and no longer than [FOUNDERS: confirm retention period].
Deletion and access
Email us and we will delete your submission and any data you sent for a backtest, or tell you what we hold. [FOUNDERS: confirm how quickly you will respond to a deletion request.]
